We have built up a loyal community of passionate fans and customers, delivering our products to over 80 countries worldwide. We are now looking for an outstanding and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team in our offices, located in St Albans.
About You
You will be a driven, hardworking, and self-motivated individual. You will have experience in a similar role and have worked with a small to medium sized business. You will have worked directly with stakeholders and for a company with fast-growing turnover.
You will have intimate knowledge of Social Media, the leading brands and an eye for the future of these platforms. You will be an experienced creative and astute individual with a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, including Instagram, FB, TikTok and Pinterest, among others.
You will have very strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and customers, with a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent networking, team working and collaboration skills.
Requirements and Skills:
The Social Media Manager plays a key role at Regalrose, responsible for the management and presence/voice of the brand across all company social media channels. You will be able to demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the Social Media landscape and dynamics – including tech updates, trends, content strategy ideation, optimisation, publishing algorithms, building and engaging communities, social listening and reporting, planning and execution of socially-led campaigns, understanding of the latest technologies and delivering high polished content to drive engagement.
You will be able to demonstrate success with turning company branding into effective storytelling, tailored to each platforms’ unique attributes.
The Role and Accountabilities:
Overall responsibility: Plan and deliver evergreen social media content and manage all company social media channels.
Overall goal: Elevate brand presence by increasing community engagement.
- Maintain, develop, and execute fresh, brand aligned, engaging social media campaigns in line with the annual promotional campaign calendar, supporting and strengthening the overall brand strategy
- Create tactical ways to drive engagement
- Create photo imagery, graphics, videos and copy for social media
- Liaise with in-house content creator/graphic designer to develop industry-leading, RR aligned, social content
- Plan and schedule content across a variety of platforms using scheduling tools
- Engage and grow social media communities by responding to social media comments and developing discussions when strategically sound
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of engaging audiences to unlock maximum impact for Regalrose
- Lead competitor social media monitoring, delivering regular reporting
- Update and monitor related platforms, tools and apps including BF commerce, Covet Pics, Linktree, Brandwatch, Linktree, FB commerce
- Utilise and report on performance of social media using in platform dashboard insights and Brandwatch

Qualifications Required:
At least 3 years in a similar levelled role and a background in marketing
Excellent English copy and writing skills
Excellent networking, team working, collaboration skills

The needs of the Business
Due to the nature of our business, our peak time stretches from November to January. As a small yet growing business, annual leave must be kept to a minimum during those months.

Salary range: £30-40K depending on experience

Hours:
Flexitime Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am – 5pm
(37.5 hours per week – 7.5 hours per day).
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, on-site, Possible 1 day remote working after 6 months' probation pass
Location: Office based role, St Albans, AL3 6PA
